Memorandum of Understanding on Business Representation and "Ensuring Growth of Young Entrepreneurs - Yom7

As part of the efforts of business representatives to increase communication with the Egyptian business community, with the aim of developing Egyptian exports and attracting foreign direct investment within the framework of Egypt’s Economic Vision 2030.

On the sidelines of the signing of the protocol, the Association held a meeting of its members with the head of the Egyptian trade mission, where Dr. Abdel Aziz al-Sharif: The vision, roles and objectives of the trade mission in developing exports, opening new markets and efforts to attract foreign investment to Egypt of the Guardians of Egypt.

من جانبه أشار الوزير المفوض التجاري د. عبد العزيز الشريف، إن التعاون مع الجمعية المصرية لشباب الاعمال يأتي في إطار رؤية وأهداف جهاز التمثيل التجاري المصري في تشجيع الشركات على التصدير وزيادة فرص نفاذ منتجاتها إلى الأسواق الخارجية والعمل على جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية في مختلف القطاعات ذات الاولولية للدولة المصرية، موضحاً أن التمثيل التجاري، سعى للعمل على تحديث مذكرة التفاهم لتتضمن بعداً مهماً في دعم الاستثمار وريادة الأعمال، يتمثل في تشجيع المشروعات الناشئة (Startups) وربط رواد الأعمال المصريين بالمستثمرين المحليين والدوليين، والتعاون مع برامج الحاضنات ومسرعات الأعمال بالخارج، وكذلك مع نظيراتها داخل مصر، بما يتيح فرصاً أكبر لتمكين الشباب والشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من الدخول في الأسواق الدولية.

He added that the purpose of the memorandum is to cooperate in the organization of relevant promotional events and activities such as (trade missions, internal and external exhibitions) to assist Egyptian factories in marketing their products in targeted industrial sectors abroad, taking into account the needs, characteristics and requirements of each market.

Al Sherif emphasized the important role of the association as an important commercial representation partner in the implementation of these tasks, noting that the cooperation protocol includes an agreement to cooperate in organizing promotional events, forums and seminars to connect Egyptian companies and international buyers or investors.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Abu Basha, President of the Association, noted that the Memorandum of Understanding aims to complete the process of joint cooperation and coordination between the Youth Business Association and the Egyptian Commercial Representative to achieve the government's strategy of increasing exports and attracting foreign investment to Egypt through exchanging information and experiences, expanding the cooperation framework in all fields and coordinating every promotional activity.missions for members of the Association, as the Association.sought to organize a number of trade missions to important countries during the period of upheaval.Trade and Investment for Egypt.

He said that this agreement supports the development of the Egyptian Youth Business Association as one of the most important, effective and efficient business associations of the Egyptian business community, with more than 550 members working in various fields through 10 sector groups, which will help small and medium-sized Egyptian companies to open new horizons for growth in the international and local markets.
